As a small software developing company we love what we do. Unlike some software developers we provide a wide variety of services. We have a lot of experience and deal with customizations / consultation for SugarCRM and SugarCRM Pro. We build small, medium, and medium-large sized applications, modules, scripts, and perform customizations. Don't forget about our consultation services.

The Process

Applications

1. After we receive the project information, sign an NDA, place a bid on the project, and write an application porposal / outline.
2. We then decide on the language and framework needed for the app.
3. Many factors go into play, such as documentation, speed, and features.
4. After we have picked a language and a framework, we then start the planning.
5. We create a work flow, blueprints and plan the features for the application.
6. After we plan out the app, we start the development of carefully building applications; at this time we also start the user interface of the application - if needed.
7. The application development begins by building the basics and working our way to the more specific features.
8. During the later stages of development, we also implement the design, of which you have either approved or provided us with.
9. As we may take our time to build the application intelligently, we still keep deadlines and speed in our minds.
10. After the Beta app is complete, we begin testing and will allow you and your employees to test the app before we place it in production.
11. Finally we come to the end of this application version, after all testing and final bug fixes are complete.

Customizations

1. Similar to Application Development, after we receive the project information, sign an NDA, place a bid on the project, and write an project porposal / outline.
2. We then begin to learn your existing application whether that be SugarCRM, Wordpress, CakePHP or any other application.
3. We quickly begin to build out the customizations by either modifying existing code or by adding to it.
4. Soon the customizations will be complete and it is time to run Quality Assurance (QA) tests on the code.
5. We then push the code to your development server and let you test the improved application.
6. After all tests have been completed by your team and ours. We then push to the production server and run the final tests.
